Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and experience. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

New, unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the return is received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Class registrations are fully refundable if canceled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled class date.
Refund requests made less than 7 days before the class are non-refundable, as materials and seating are reserved in advance.
If we need to cancel a class, participants will receive the option of a full refund or credit toward a future class.
