 SoulCollage is a quiet, creative practice that uses meditation, poetry, and the simple act of cutting and pasting images to access the wisdom we usually rush past.

 You do not need to be an artist. You do not need to know what you want to make. You only need to be willing to sit with yourself for a little while and trust what comes up.

Supplies provided, but feel free to bring any materials that feel right.
